The 1st Grade students enjoyed a reading of the traditional folktale, Stone Soup, today in the Library. The 3rd grade students listened to the Eve Bunting story, Train to Somewhere, which told about the orphan trains of the 1800's. The 4th graders paired up today in Library class and read a historical fiction storybook and then completed a story map including the characters, setting, conflict, and resolution to their story. The Historical Fiction book clubs went very well!
