Today during Library class, the Pre-Kindergarten class enjoyed hearing all about having A Turkey for Thanksgiving! Students used their prediction skills to try to determine what would happen to turkey at the end of the story. They also practiced their comprehension skills by remembering the animal characters in the story and the order in which they appeared! I hope all of the pre-kindergarten students enjoy a turkey for Thanksgiving!
The Kindergarten students enjoyed hearing the story, A Plump and Perky Turkey today during their library storytime. Kindergarteners colored their own colorful turkeys as Mrs. Bailey read about how townspeople used their artistic skills in creating their own renditions of turkeys!
